Engineering-led side forms and tooling for precast production — casting bed, tilting tables, robotic lines and battery moulds. No welding, no anchors, no glue.

The range
Three forming principles, one magnetic platform
The same 2700 kg system is built into the side forms and into the boxes, so holding force is predictable across everything you plan around it — from a casting bed of piles to a robotic pallet line.
Magnet boxes
NT-2700 and NT-1600. A fixing unit in its own right and the base for recess formers, brackets, brackets and your own elements.
Brackets
Plywood shuttering on horizontal surfaces, held by magnet boxes. Standard and reversible — turn it over to change the height.
Built to order
Opening formers, corbel formers, non-standard housings and forming elements made to your drawing.
Battery moulds
Stop-ends fix to the vertical shutter plate and form the panel edge over its full height, sealed on both sides.
Robotic lines
Side forms for pallet circulation lines, shuttered and deshuttered by robot. Same holding principle, different profile and gripping.
Horizontal forming
Side forms for casting beds, tilting tables and pallets. 3 m standard, up to 600 mm high, extended without new equipment.
What it replaces

One set instead of dozens of moulds

A base set of side forms plus add-ons — extensions, pile point formers, void formers, chamfer strips, calibrators — covers a product range that would otherwise need a dedicated steel mould for each product. Size is limited by the casting bed, not by the mould.

Slabs

Floor, balcony and infill slabs

Wall panels

Solid, sandwich and partition walls

Columns & beams

Cross-section 100–600 mm, square or rectangular

Lintels

Linear elements of any length within the casting bed

Driven piles

With and without points, plus pile helmets

Stair landings

Formed flat on the casting bed

Foundation blocks

Standard and non-standard sizes

Kerbstones

Repeatable contour, no dedicated mould

The magnetic system

One system, the whole range

A single neodymium magnetic system in a reinforced steel housing with stiffening ribs. The same system is built into the side forms, the stop-ends and the boxes — so holding force is one figure you plan around, not a variable.

Activation is mechanical, with a 10 mm stroke. Pressing the head presses the magnet to the steel casting bed and the form clamps; lifting it draws the magnet back and the form comes free. No power, no welding, no anchors — and nothing to re-drill when the layout changes.

What the numbers are

The neodymium systems are what the whole range is planned around — one figure of holding force in the side forms, the stop-ends and the boxes.

2700kg

Retaining force per magnetic system, about 26.5 kN — the same system in the forms and the boxes.

85/120°C

Working temperature: standard, and optional for heated beds and accelerated curing.

~0.1% per yr

Loss of retaining force in the neodymium systems — service life is effectively unlimited.

600mm

Maximum side form height, raised over 50 mm steps by bolted heightening side forms.

How we work

From drawing to delivery

You send a drawing; we make a technical proposal with a layout, a bill of materials and a calculation for your element and your casting bed — before any commitment on either side.

01

Drawing or spec

The element you need to form, and your casting bed or mould type.

02

Technical proposal

Layout, bill of materials and calculation for your case..

03

Approval & order

Sign-off on the set and the terms.

04

Production

8–10 weeks from approval and advance.

05

Delivery

FCA Mogilev, Belarus (Incoterms 2020)

Production lead time
8–10 weeks from advance payment and drawing approval
Delivery term
FCA Mogilev, Belarus (Incoterms 2020)
Payment
70% on order, 30% on notice of readiness before dispatch
Warranty
12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects
Next step
Send us a drawing
Send a drawing or a short specification of the element you need to form, with the type and size of your casting bed or battery mould. You get a technical proposal in return.
