A base set of side forms plus add-ons — extensions, pile point formers, void formers, chamfer strips, calibrators — covers a product range that would otherwise need a dedicated steel mould for each product. Size is limited by the casting bed, not by the mould.
Floor, balcony and infill slabs
Solid, sandwich and partition walls
Cross-section 100–600 mm, square or rectangular
Linear elements of any length within the casting bed
With and without points, plus pile helmets
Formed flat on the casting bed
Standard and non-standard sizes
Repeatable contour, no dedicated mould
A single neodymium magnetic system in a reinforced steel housing with stiffening ribs. The same system is built into the side forms, the stop-ends and the boxes — so holding force is one figure you plan around, not a variable.
Activation is mechanical, with a 10 mm stroke. Pressing the head presses the magnet to the steel casting bed and the form clamps; lifting it draws the magnet back and the form comes free. No power, no welding, no anchors — and nothing to re-drill when the layout changes.
The neodymium systems are what the whole range is planned around — one figure of holding force in the side forms, the stop-ends and the boxes.
Retaining force per magnetic system, about 26.5 kN — the same system in the forms and the boxes.
Working temperature: standard, and optional for heated beds and accelerated curing.
Loss of retaining force in the neodymium systems — service life is effectively unlimited.
Maximum side form height, raised over 50 mm steps by bolted heightening side forms.
You send a drawing; we make a technical proposal with a layout, a bill of materials and a calculation for your element and your casting bed — before any commitment on either side.
